Specialisation
What's unique to our principal is its expertise in CO2 extracts. Extracts processed with CO2 technology are also more desirable than extracts processed with other solvents. Supercritical fluid extraction with CO2 delivers the most natural-smelling and tasting extracts because there are no volatiles removed in a residual solvent removal post-processing step. Additionally, because CO2 processing requires low temperatures, thee is less deterioration of heat-sensitive components in the extract. Furthermore, since there is no oxygen in the process, the potential for oxidation of the extract is significantly minimized.

Coffee :
Our principal have about 550 small farmers covering 6000 acres, that we represent, grow the finest grades of Coffee, Spices, Medicinal, Aromatic Herbas and Dye Plants. The groups are growing and will cover more than 1000 farmers and 12000 acres in the next two years.
These farmers have converted to organic cultivation under the guidence of a "Not for Profit" trust set up by our Principal, who advice the farmers in organic and bio dynamic practices, monitor the process of conversion through a well defined internal control system and get the farms certified. To ensure precise organic practices and to make it economically sustainable, our principal also manufacture organic fertilizers and decease / pest control formulations and provides themt o the farmers. The plantations are located on the slopes of Western Ghats of India, a region blessed with an incredible bio diversity and among the most fertile of the soils in the world. The coffee plantations situated around 1000 to 1200 meters above sea level, are veritable forests with athree-tier canopy. Thus the coffees that our farmers grow are shade grown and bird friendly. The environment is completely pollution free.
The coffee fruits are selectively hand picked, carefully pulped, subjected to natural fermentation and then sun dreidd in acool environment to preserve theri natural taste. (The unwashed coffee does not undergo pulping and fermentation but is sun dreid none the less.). The beans then undergo the process of curing in a dry climate before being ready for despatch.
Our Arabica is famous for its mild well-balanced aroma with a slightly spicy flavor. Our Robusta are considered among the best in the world. It must however be remembered that our coffees are not for dark roasting.
All Plantations are certified organic by SKAL International of the Netherlands (Licence No.025099) for conformity with EU regulation No.Eu 2092/91, NOP of USDA & Bio Suisse. These farms are also certified with Utz kapeh in order to provide traceability to the end user.
Coffee beans are available in the following varieties:
1. Arabica washed and unwashed in Bulk grade, Plantation 'A' grade and Plantation 'B' grade.
2. Robusta washed and unwashed in Bulk grade and AB grade.
3. We can also roast, blend and grind coffee to suit Your requirement.
